Step 4- Request a booth space.

Step 5- Pay your electronic invoice for dates and products accepted.

Step 6- Show up early, be prepared & positive, have fun, clean up your own space & report your sales.

Step 7 - Do it again next week.

 Effective Monday, Feb. 9, 2026, certain commercial businesses within Bella Vista city limits must obtain a business license from the city to lawfully conduct business in the city. (Passed by Ord. 2025-16 on Nov. 22, 2025)

This license pertains to for-profit businesses conducting business within city limits except for the following exempted classes:

• Persons under the age of 18 operating a business
• Charitable or fundraising activities conducted solely for public benefit
• Temporary business such as festivals or farmers markets
• Religious organizations (except for the operation of separate businesses such as daycares or schools)
• Home-based occupations (as defined by city code)
• Short-term rentals (except for those managed by a property management company, which is not exempt)

*Temporary businesses and short-term rentals are subject to additional permitting within the city. Contact the Planning Department for more information.

If you plan to establish a business in Bella Vista or relocate an existing business to a new location within city limits, you must first verify with the Planning & Development Department that your business is allowed to operate in that location.
