Commission fee is 5% | 50 Market spots available @ $10 rate | Electricity not available.

Applicants will be notified electronically of their acceptance into the market, mandatory vendor meeting, & payment schedule by 4/1/24.

Reselling is only allowed at special pop-events. Special event and part time vendors welcome!

Step 2 - Sign up for an website account

Step 3- Complete & return the vendor agreement - 2023 Market Guidelines

*NOTE* This will be found in the vendor only section of the website, after your application is approved.

Step 4- Request a booth space.

Step 5- Pay your electronic invoice for dates and products accepted.

Step 6- Show up early, be prepared & positive, have fun, clean up your own space & report your sales.

Step 7 - Do it again next week.

SALES TAX
It is the responsibility of each vendor business to pay and report their individual sales tax.

Current sales tax rates on merchandise sold inside the city limits of Bella Vista:

Bella Vista – 2%
Benton County – 1%
State of Arkansas – 6.5%
Total – 9.5%
There is an additional 1% sales tax on prepared food items (restaurants) and an additional 2% sales tax on lodging stays and meeting rooms. This tax is collected by the Bella Vista Advertising and Promotion Commission and funds are used specifically to promote Bella Vista for tourism purposes, highlighting local restaurants and lodging opportunities.
