Applicants will be notified electronically of their acceptance into the market, mandatory vendor meeting, & payment schedule by 4/1/24.
Reselling is only allowed at special pop-events. Special event and part time vendors welcome!
Step 1 - Apply to sell or volunteer at our market
Step 2 - Sign up for an website account
Step 3- Complete & return the vendor agreement - 2023 Market Guidelines
*NOTE* This will be found in the vendor only section of the website, after your application is approved.
Step 4- Request a booth space.
Step 5- Pay your electronic invoice for dates and products accepted.
Step 6- Show up early, be prepared & positive, have fun, clean up your own space & report your sales.
Step 7 - Do it again next week.
SALES TAX
It is the responsibility of each vendor business to pay and report their individual sales tax.
Current sales tax rates on merchandise sold inside the city limits of Bella Vista:
Bella Vista Farmers and Makers Market carries insurance required for outdoor community events.
Individual business owners are strongly encouraged to purchase a policy to cover their interests while participating in the market.
